MultiChoice opens its refurbished store at Eastpark Mall

MultiChoice Zambia has re-opened its doors to reveal a brand-new look at its premises at the centre of East Park Mall in Lusaka.  The refurbished branch stages a new layout with an expanded customer walk-in centre operated through a state-of-the art queue management system.

Speaking during the launch of the new-look East Park Mall Branch, MultiChoice Zambia Chief Customer Officer, Leah Kooma said: “Retail remains a dynamic urban marketplace for Zambian consumers with ongoing developments of shopping centers in and around Lusaka.  MultiChoice Zambia is responding to these trends with a newly reopened and improved branch at the flagship East Park Mall to provide essential services to customers, including hardware sales, subscription payments and technical assistance.”  

As a business that aims to deliver value to its customers by making great entertainment more accessible, MultiChoice is continuously upgrading its technologysystems, upskilling its employees in customer service while adding more value-added services.  “In line with our purpose of enriching lives, we listen to our customers to understand their changing needs and as such, we’re currently reshaping our business to improve our customers’ experience whenever and wherever they engage with us. It was announced that another exciting refurbishment has been completed at Manda Hill branch.  MultiChoice is shifting gears to bring the best customer experience to its customers and to ensure that there is first time resolution of customer queries and payments in a clean and welcoming environment.
