Gematrix to hold 24-hour livestream of Apex Legends

On August 18th 2020, Respawn entertainment released the sixth season of their Battle Royale video game: Apex Legends. The game is set in the same universe as the Titan Fall series developed by the same studio.

Season six introduces a new crafting mechanic which allows players to upgrade their gear with materials found around the map, a new playable legend (Character) called Rampart is also introduced, who can rip through enemies with her turret gun she named Sheila.

This season’s battle pass, includes a new cosmetic reward called “holo-Sprays“, and the fan-favorite weapon from Titan fall 2, the Volt SMG, makes its debut.

To celebrate the launch of season six, we will be having a 24-hour live-stream session of Apex Legends, on 29th of August 2020 to the 30th of August 2020. The stream will start 6 pm C.A.T and end at 6 pm C.A.T the following day (pheeew).

Join us as we attempt to break the record of longest live stream in our content creation adventures. The stream will feature three (3) of our Gematrix members Musole Prince, Choolwe Elen Shabukali and Mwelele Zaza.

The three (3) players will play ranked matches and try to attain the platinum rank during the 24 hour live-stream.

“We want to challenge ourselves to do something we have never done before in our streaming adventures” – Musole Prince.

The stream will feature Mr. Makasa as he will stream Fall Guys: Ultimate knockout, the recent Battle Royale game that has taken the internet by storm, Mr. 5000 aka Justin Banda will also make a feature as he attempts to play Apex Legends with the rest of the Team.

We will also have a giveaway during the stream session for our viewers, so be sure to tune in every once in a while to stand a chance to a steel series products.
