FNB Zambia Conferred Best SME Bank Zambia 2022 & Best Innovative Bank Zambia 2022

First National Bank Zambia (FNB Zambia) has been conferred the Best SME Bank Zambia 2022 and Best Innovative Bank Zambia 2022 awards by the prestigious International Business Magazine.

The International Business Magazine is a coveted publication that has carved a niche in the aggressive and competitive business world commanding respect among readers of Business and Finance Journals. Its awards were created and are structured to recognise corporate players who lead from the front in providing value through the products and services they offer.

Speaking on the awards, FNB Zambia Head – Business and Commercial, Kabanda Lilanda said that the awards are a testament to the commitment the Bank puts to supporting customers, particularly the SMEs to start, run and grow sustainable businesses.

“These awards come at an exciting time in FNB Zambia’s journey when we have an increased focus on enhancing our SME product and service portfolio whilst consistently maintaining our innovative spark to ensure that our customers receive added value at every touchpoint. The Bank has taken deliberate steps to complement government efforts in creating an enabling environment for them, with the understanding that SMEs remain a critical component of this country’s economic growth. SMEs will also benefit from the Bank’s increased lending appetite and focus on providing digital solutions that make it
