CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited Empowers More Locals
CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited has expanded its network of Authorized Service Centres (ASC) and Team Toyota Garages (TTG) by appointing two Team Toyota Garages and one Authorized Service Centre bringing the total number of TTG’s to 3 and ASC’s to 4. The aim is to provide customers with service and repair solutions, closer to their locations.
Group After Sales General Manager for CFAO Mobility Zambia, Mr. Franco Breytenbach said, “The Service Centres and Team Toyota Garages, are owned and managed by local Zambians and this expansion will support with the local skills growth.” He further explained in detail that one of the strategies CFAO uses to develop the new Service Centres and Team Toyota Garages, is the comprehensive training and support it provides to the staff. He emphasised that by investing in the continuous development of staff, CFAO ensures that the technicians at these Service Centres and Team Toyota Garages, are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge, to effectively diagnose and address any issues that may arise with customer vehicles.
The Team Toyota Garages recently opened in Lusaka are Superior Four by Four, off Leopards Hill Road, and Viva Machinery Component (VMC) on Katanga Road. The Authorised Service Centre opened in Ndola is Best Rides Auto, on Shinde street. The Managing Director for (VMC) Mr. Peter Nkhoma, said, “I look forward to the positive impact this appointment will have on both customers and the business. Thank you CFAO Mobility Zambia Limited, for the recognition given to us the local Zambian businesses by empowering and partnering with us.” He further said, “The training of our staff, will enable us deliver quality services and indeed provide genuine parts to our community.”
It is important to note that Authorised Service Centres will attend to Periodic Maintenance and repairs for Toyota vehicles that are either within or outside the manufacturer warranty period, whereas the Team Toyota Garages will offer Periodic Maintenance and repairs for Toyota vehicles outside the manufacturer warranty period. Furthermore, the company is committed to delivering a superior customer experience by maintaining an inventory of Toyota Genuine parts. This guarantees that all repairs are conducted using high-quality, manufacturer-approved components, thereby optimizing the performance and longevity of the vehicles serviced at these centres.
