CEC Liquid Telecom champions more affordable connectivity in latest campaign
In a move to help consumers afford more data to connect more devices, CEC Liquid Telecom has embarked on a campaign to reduce the cost of connectivity by reducing the price of devices such as Mi-Fis and routers. The promotion is giving away as much as 50GB data for FREE to those who purchase a router for only K499 (recommended retail price). The price reduction is one of a kind as it essentially gives the consumer a lot more data than they could ever have bargained for when buying an internet device. Although the “Afford More, Connect More” campaign is being spearheaded by CEC Liquid, the promotions can only be claimed through CEC Liquid’s authorized re-sellers, namely: Hai Telecommunications, TelPlus and iWay Africa.
The “Afford More, Connect More” campaign is aimed at inclusive technological advancement of assisting people across the country to get access to world-class super-fast internet. CEC Liquid is committed to creating an environment where the Internet of Things (IoT) thrives and is constantly offering new tools as well as efficiencies that make up an integrated ecosystem with the view of ensuring costs are reduced significantly and outcomes are tremendously improved.
In June 2017, CEC Liquid launched its first ever 4G LTE network in all 10 provinces of the country with the intention of extending this network to other areas beyond each provincial capital. Judging by the overwhelming response to the campaign on CEC Liquid’s Facebook page, the rest of the country eagerly awaits network expansion by the leading independent data, voice and IP provider. The world class 4G LTE network is available in the following towns: Ndola, Livingstone, Mongu, Solwezi, Mansa, Kasama, Nakonde, Chipata and Kabwe. All the areas covered by the CEC Liquid network can take advantage of this promotion while it lasts.
The promotion is as follows with recommended retail prices:
- Buy a router for K499 and get 50GB free;
- Buy a Mi-Fi for K249 and get 20GB free;
- Buy 15GB at K240;
- Buy 35GB at K660;
- Buy 50GB at K990;
- Buy 100GB at K1,400.
The promotion is subject to terms and conditions and prices may vary from reseller to reseller.

Their bundles do not cater for every need. How come they don’t have 1Gb, 2Gb and 5Gb? These “micro” bundles are popular, especially for users of MiFis. They need to introduce them to be competitive. Indeed, the device prices have gone down, but top-ups are on the high side.
Please let me hv one for k249. Where in Lusaka can i find it
